With the inSPORTline ON-X AB10 exercise bench, you get a tool for a full-body workout and save space at the same time! The structure can hold up to 150 kg and almost every part of it is adjustable . In this way, you can position not only the backrest and the seat, but also the padded footrest or the attachment for isolated strengthening of the biceps . You can also remove this extension and use the bench without it.
The backrest can then be adjusted to 8 different angles , including a negative angle. You can thus focus on different muscle groups. The reclining seat and footrest will also contribute to this . Thanks to the removable attachment, safe strengthening of the biceps can also be included in the training.
The position of the bench is easily adjusted with the help of locking pins . The entire structure weighs only 12.5 kg , so it is easy to handle. And if you don't have room for a weight bench at home, just unlock it after training, fold it and hide it in a suitable place.
