INTRODUCTION

Please carefully read these terms and conditions for using the site and purchasing our products. Because by using the site or placing an order through the site or through any other means of communication, you automatically agree to these rules. Please also take the time to read our privacy policy and cookie policy.

PRICES

All prices in this Online Store are in Denars and are final on the day of the order and include VAT.

The listed prices are valid exclusively for online sales. The listed characteristics and photos of the products are for informational purposes only. At the same time, the Company for Production, Engineering Services and Sales MARVES Branislava DOOEL Skopje reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Ordered products that are currently in stock will be delivered to you within 7 days, to your home address or local post office. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise specified. The product and shipping costs are paid when you receive the product on the day of the order, unless you have paid for the order by credit card or bank transfer.

With each order you will receive an invoice that describes all products in detail with prices as well as the tax base excluding VAT and the total amount including VAT.

You can also download the invoices from your orders at any time and additionally through your profile in PDF format.

PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT OF ORDERS

Placement of orders at MASTERSPORT is extremely easy, add products to the cart, and finally press the order button where you fill in the fields, select the payment and delivery method and finally click the order button

We currently support two payment methods for orders:

– Payment on Delivery with Redemption

– Payment via Bank Account (Wire Transfer)

After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation that the order has been received, it will contain the details of the order. We may ask you to confirm it by phone.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

Products ordered in this Online Store will be delivered to you by mail or by courier/delivery service.

We make a cut-off of orders every working day at 10 am and deliver them the same day, and usually in urban areas they are delivered the next day.

You will be contacted by the delivery service by phone to arrange the pickup of the shipment.

Which means that the ordered products will be delivered to you within 2-3 days from the day of ordering, depending on your location. If the product is currently in stock, you will receive it within 2-3 days after ordering. If the product cannot be delivered to you, you will be contacted using the data you specified in the order.

By default, we send the products in their original, unopened factory packaging, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

You can pay for the products upon receipt at your home address or by bank transfer (wire transfer).

With each shipment you will receive an invoice, with detailed specifications and prices of the products in the order.

It is possible to confirm orders by phone before delivery, it is imperative that you leave a phone number with the order where you will be available, and after we send the order, the courier will call you on the same phone number (when the order arrives in your region) to agree on the collection of the same.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

You can exchange the product if it is undamaged, unused in its original packaging within 15 days from the date of collection. And before that, contact us at 02 3090 115 to agree on what you specifically want to exchange.

It is imperative that the product you send is well protected, if the original packaging or the product is damaged in any way, we will not be able to replace it.

Once the products you want to exchange arrive at our headquarters. An appropriate replacement will be sent to you immediately according to the agreement. We cannot make exchanges without first returning the products.

The postage for the replacements is at the client's expense.


REFUND

You can return the product that does not suit you, undamaged, unused in its original packaging, with the attached documents (invoice/order number) and transaction account number, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

We refund the money exclusively to the transaction account.

If you have paid postage with the product, we inform you that postage is not subject to refund and cannot be refunded. Postage is a used and paid service for which money is not refunded.

It is imperative that the product you send is well protected, if the original packaging or the product is damaged in any way, we will not be able to accept it.

Once the products you want to return arrive at our headquarters. The money will be transferred to your transaction account as soon as possible.

The postage for returning the products is at the client's expense.


JURISDICTION

We are always in a good mood and full of positive energy to resolve any potential problems in a friendly and civilized manner. If for some reason this is not possible, then the Basic Court of Skopje is competent for all disputes and disagreements.
