Malmsten's swimming plates have an ergonomic design with rounded edges for comfortable training with good buoyancy.

The swimming plate is used to train leg strength and kicking technique while providing comfortable support for the arms. It has two grip holes for different hand positions.

Made of EVA foam, a soft foam material with closed cells, which feels pleasant against the skin. The ore stone cutting method with a special saw gives a velvet-like surface.
